* pH, Redox, Optical Devices, Flow, Loadcell, Humidity, Gas, Conductivity and etc.
* Schedule and Coordinate outside outside services for support of the calibration program.
* Schedule and coordinate outside services for support of the calibration program.
* Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation as required. Support validation and commissioning activities.
* TOC 400 ES: Calibrated Conductivity, TOC and System Suitability for the ES TOC. Able to adjust the TOC ES back into tolerance if found out of tolerance. Able to adjust the Conductivity gain, TOC gain to make the TOC 400 ES such as replacing Tubing or UV lamp per manufacturer's recommendation. Baxter (06/28/00 – 03/06/2005)
Senior Calibration
* Performing calibration Temperature systems, Flow Devices, Voltage Device, Timing Device, Tank Sight Glass,
pH and Conductivity Meters andAnalyzers, Total Organic Carbon analyzers, Pressure Device, Differential Pressure
Devices,Turbidity Systems, Ozone Analyzer and the Building Automated System, along with a variety of other
systems and devices at specified intervals prior to due date.
* Responsible all calibration are completed in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs, and Baxter policies. Maintain
up-to-date cGMP training, provide SOPs training to other metrologist as necessary. Assist in the development,
revision and updating of related SOPs for work related areas. ACE(LEAN) 6S champion, assist the team with
maintaining working spare parts and discard unnecessary/malfunction equipment.
* Planning and scheduling own work activities with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
Also, set up reducing to reduce the calibration time to minimize the production downtime.
* Troubleshooting and ensure repairing, when possible, equipments that are found to be malfunctioning.
Also, installation and configuration the new Temperature Controller, Level Transmitter, Differential Pressure
Transmitter and other instruments.
* Ensuring that all calibrations are completed on time. Maintain electronic calibration management database
(Blue Mountain) current for all instruments in the facility.
* Review calibration documentation generated during the calibrations performed by other metrologist and
any outside vendor calibration and assures that good documentation practices (GDP) compliance and
completed with accurate information. Also coordinate and tracks calibration activities performed by outside vendors.
* Responsible for all the Critical System Calibration which involve with the ERC (Engineer Change Request)
such as Still WFI, Ozone Analyzer, RO (Reverse Osmosis) Systems, Process Water Loops
and HEPA Filter Certifications.
* Maintenance the instrument database: enter and retrieve data, and print out the calibration report as schedule
and as necessary. Provide full support to other departments, including Quality Engineering and
Engineering departments, by verifying the functionality of the instruments and completing attachment test cases.
* Initiate and investigate instrument related deviations Out-Of-Tolerance (OOT).
* Leading Project: usually take care all new calibration project, recently calibrated systems such as new
Alcohol Still, WFI Still, Filling Lines, Tank RPM and Isolator.
* TOC DI 400: Calibrated Conductivity, TOC and System Suitability for the DI TOC. Able to adjust the TOC DI back into tolerance if found out of tolerance. Able to adjust the Conductivity gain, TOC gain to make the TOC system suitability pass. Perform PM for the TOC DI 400 such as replacing Tubing or UV lamp per manufacturer's recommendation.
